Putting the Whig on...

Putting the Whig on... the ballot.  It's the plan!

An e-mail from the Modern Whigs on Monday, May 18th says they will announce thier first ever candidate (since the 1800's) at their on-line national meeting on Tuesday, May 19th.

The e-mail says, "Representatives from Alaska, Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and overseas will be in attendance..."

We'll see who gets the first Whig nod.

  1. Very nice site. I look forward to more. With the demise of Third Party Watch, it is good to see someone create a site devoted to third parties.
